Subject to your compliance with these Terms, We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You agree specifically not to:

Safetify relies on location data from your mobile device. By using the App, you agree to:
The App may facilitate connections or subscriptions to third-party services (e.g., armed response, ambulance services). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. Safetify acts only as a platform to facilitate connection where applicable. We are not responsible for, and disclaim all liability related to, the performance, availability, quality, actions, or omissions of any third-party service providers. Any disputes regarding third-party services must be resolved directly with the provider.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Us and Our licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both South Africa and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without Our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT RESULTS OBTAINED (INCLUDING LOCATION DATA, ALERTS, REPORTS, OR THIRD-PARTY RESPONSES) WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR EFFECTIVE; THAT THE QUALITY OF ANY SERVICES OR INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, NOR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; (V) RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE APP; (VI) FAILURE OF THE APP TO FUNCTION CORRECTLY; OR (VII) ANY FAILURE OR DELAY OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES CONTACTED VIA THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED ZAR 100.00.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Us and Our licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content you submit or transmit through the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.
You may terminate your account by discontinuing use of the Service and uninstalling the App. You may also request deletion of your account as described in Section 17.
Provisions intended to survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability) shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes (e.g., via the App or email). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You have the right to request the deletion of your Safetify account and associated personal data.
How to Request Deletion: To request account deletion, please contact us using the contact information provided in Section 16 (Contact Information) above. Please provide sufficient information for us to identify your account (e.g., the phone number or email address associated with your account). We may need to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.
Consequences of Deletion:
We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
